Delivery of goods
Ownership of the Ordered Goods passes to the Buyer from the moment of actual transfer of the goods to the postal operators specified in the order, or to the Buyer directly with the delivery methods “pickup” and “mobile pick-up points” (with the Buyer’s identification) and the latter pays the full cost of the Goods. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer/postal operators from the moment of actual transfer of the goods to the Buyer/postal operators.
Delivery of the Goods to the Buyer is carried out within the time limits agreed upon by the Parties upon confirmation of the order by an employeeundefined Seller and the conditions set forth in the Rules of Sale. If the buyer does not receive the order within the agreed period, the seller has the right to cancel the order without further informing the Buyer. If the order is prepaid, the funds are returned to the buyer within the period established by law.
8.2.4. Before delivery of the goods ordered by the Buyer, the Seller has the right to demand from the Buyer 100% prepayment of the ordered goods.The Seller has the right to refuse to deliver the goods to the Buyer in the absence of such payment.
9.2. Claims regarding product packaging and defects are accepted within 3 days after receipt of the product (a video of the unpacking of the product is required). When delivering the Goods by courier, the Buyer puts his signature in the Delivery register opposite those items of the Goods that the Client purchased. This signature serves as confirmation that the Client has no complaints about the completion of the order, the quantity and appearance of the Goods.
9.3. After receiving the Order, claims for quantity, undefined The completeness and type of the Goods are not accepted.

Return and exchange of goods
Return delivery of goods is carried out by the Buyer.
Incorrect order content. . If the order is incorrectly packaged, the cost of return shipping is paid by the Seller (with a mandatory video of the unpacking of the goods confirming the buyer’s claims).
7. Return conditions for goods of good quality
Items that have been used, without tags and have an unsaleable appearance, signs of use/dirt, or are dirty and wrinkled, are not exchanged.
Products for return and exchange are accepted back only in complete set, with all packaging and stickers.
