5. The subject of the contract and the price of the product
5.1. The seller transfers and the buyer accepts and pays for the goods under the terms of this contract.
5.2 The right of ownership of the ordered goods passes to the buyer from the moment of the actual delivery of the goods to the postal operators specified in the order, or directly to the buyer using the delivery methods "self-pickup" and "mobile delivery point" (with proof of identity of the buyer) and payment by the latter of the full price of the goods.
5.3 The risk of accidental death or damage to the goods passes to the buyer/postal operators from the moment the goods are actually handed over to the buyer/postal operators.
5.4 When selling digital goods, ownership does not pass to the buyer - instead, he is granted a license to use the digital product. This means that the buyer does not become the owner of the copy, but receives a limited right to use it in accordance with the terms of the license agreement
The buyer has the right to:
5.4.1 Use the Digital Product within the limits specified in the license (for example, on one device or forundefined personal use).
5.4.2 Do not transfer, copy or resell the product without the permission of the right holder
5.4.3 In some cases – acquire the right to transfer the license (for example, when selling software, if the license is transferred for an unlimited period)

5.6 The price of the product is indicated in Ukrainian hryvnias and includes taxes and other mandatory payments.
5.7 The final price of the product is determined by the sequential effect of discounts on the price of the product in the following order:
