7 Moment of conclusion of the contract

7.1. The text of this agreement is a public offer (in accordance with Article 435 and Part 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of Ukraine).
7.2. Acceptance of this offer (agreement) means the buyer placing an order for goods in accordance with the terms of this offer.
7.3. The buyer places an order for a product by adding the product/service to the “Order Basket” and paying for it on the websites https://cireb4.prom.ua/, https://cireb4.wayforpay.shop/, https://cireb.qpon, https://kasta.ua/ru/shop/cireb4/ and other pages of the seller on marketplaces, subdomains of these sites, as well as YouTube, Instagram, telegram and other social networks affiliated with sites
7.4.An agreement concluded on the basis of the buyer’s acceptance of this offer is an adhesion agreement to which the buyer joins without any exceptions and/or reservations.
7.5 The fact of placing an order by the buyer is the unconditional fact of acceptance by the buyer of the termsundefined of this agreement, including the buyer’s consent to the seller sending him SMS messages, messages on Viber, Telegram or other switching applications, about the status of his order and surveys to improve the quality of customer service or other information messages from the seller.
 7.6 The buyer who purchased the goods in the seller’s online store (placed an order for the goods) is considered as a person who entered into a relationship with the seller under the terms of this agreement.
