8. License and restrictions on digital materials, patterns, master classes, training

8.1.The buyer is granted a non-exclusive, personal, limited right to use digital materials: patterns, master classes, training
8.2. The buyer has the right:
8.2.1 Use materials for personal training and tailoring;
8.2.2 Create products for personal use.
8.3. The buyer has no right:
8.3.1 Distribute, sell or transfer materials to third parties;
8.3.2 Use materials for commercial production without the separate written consent of the seller;
8.3.3 Publish patterns, video tutorials or instructions in the public domain.
