9 Return and exchange of goods

9.1 The Seller returns and exchanges goods of good quality in accordance with the Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”.
9.2 Return of physical goods and sets is carried out in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine on the protection of consumer rights and after prior agreement with the seller.
9.3 Cancellation of participation in master classes or courses/training is possible before the start of the service by agreement of the parties.
9.4 Cancellation of access to the master class is possible before the start of the provision of the service by agreement.
9.5 Refunds for digital materials are only possible in the event of: a technical error or unavailability of the material due to the fault of the seller. 
9.6 According to the Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, the seller may refuse to exchange and return goods of good quality to the buyer if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of good quality that are not subject to return or exchange. 
9.7 High-quality goods that are not subject to exchange or return,undefined are indicated in the List approved by resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 19, 1994 No. 172.
 9.8 Promotional items and items with a discount or markdown are not subject to exchange or return.
 9.9 Items that have been used, without tags and have an unsaleable appearance, signs of use/dirt, or are dirty and wrinkled - cannot be returned or exchanged
 9.10 Products for return and exchange will be accepted back only in their complete set, with all packaging and stickers.
 9.11 Returns and exchanges of goods are possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods by the buyer
 9.12 Return delivery of goods is carried out by the Buyer.
 9.13 If the order is incorrectly packaged, the cost of return shipping is paid by the seller (with a mandatory video of the unpacking of the goods confirming the buyer’s claims). undefined
